SEMI -ANNUAL TUNE-UPS
TERMS and CONDITIONS

1.Agreement owner(s) may leave plan for new property owner or transfer it to another location within our service area
Upon approval from Comfort Central Inc.
2.Plan benefits are available for current accounts only. Agreement owner(s) are responsible to inform Comfort Central Inc.
if they discontinue the selected account for payments so we may update our records to ensure no lapse of coverage.
There are no refunds.
3.No charge deductible applies only when customer requests Comfort Central & warranty company issues the work order to Comfort Central.
4.Comfort Central Inc. reserves the right to cancel this agreement at will and refund customer any overpayments due.

Customer's accounts will be charged 1/12 of annual maintenance plan for each month or part of a month.
The cost of the maintenance plan may change from year to year. Customer may cancel the plan at anytime after six months. If the plan is cancelled before six months, customer agrees to a charge equal to all disconts received under the plan, but not to exceed the yearly cost of the plan.

and also to creditthe same such account. This agreement is to be solely appliedto the collectionof money due
for for the maintenance plans. I(we) acknowledge that the origination of the ACH transactions to my(our)account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.
